My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Andy on the sale of two condos in Toronto. Impressively, he achieved the highest sale price in each of the buildings and yet this wasn’t the aspect of Andy’s work that impressed us most.
We were in Australia during the time the most recent condo was listed and sold and we had no way to pack and move the contents. Andy took care of everything, from packing the items, to hiring movers and being there to assist with the move from start to finish.
