Once a property hits realtor.ca, it’s basically a free for all, with buyers lined up to make offers. We very rarely are seeing homes selling for below the asking price.
Luckily, we have an ace up our sleeves to help buyers avoid the chaos: we help our buyers find listings before they hit MLS by calling homeowners and knocking on their doors.

Create a Unique Marketing Message:
This is our “secret sauce” so to speak, but we custom tailor the approach to speak to the sellers (while not coming off as salesman). This is our opportunity to spark their interest and contact us.
We knock on the doors in the community, and if the owners are not home, we leave them with a marketing piece. Trust us, when you are coming to a homeowner and have actual value, they like it.
We follow up to see if sellers have received our mail out and if they have any interest, questions, or if they know someone that they think may be selling in the community.
We will go directly to a seller’s home and talk in more detail about the process of selling privately get them on board to review an offer.
If the homeowner is on board, we draft up your offer and begin the selling process!
